Once you have submitted this survey, someone from the Unpacka team will contact you within 72 business hours with instructions and a label to ship us your clothing. (Reminder: Please do not send us more than 10 lbs worth of items, and items should be as indicated in the survey to recieve credit.)

Once your clothing is recieved, we will process it and provide you with a credit estimate. Items we cannot take will be processed as you indicated in this survey.
